I'm back!!!!

Wow it's been over a year since I last wrote a post! Yikes!!!! That just tells you how busy I've been....trying to keep up with my kids!

So to catch everyone up here are a few things that have happened
1. We moved twice over the last year (into my inlaws and now renting my sil's house)
2. I am now a full time stay at home mommy and boy does it have its challenges.... I need to find the joy in life and the small things again which has been quite a struggle for me. I have found that I am not a patient person and need to give more grace to my kiddos who are learning from me...gulp! Need to do better in that aspect.
3. Couponing has its advantages where I live now. I try and go once a week if I can get away. It's very hard to concentrate with screaming kids....literally A with belt out an ear-piercing scream frequently when we go, I just smile and nod at the on lookers then give him the stare down and whisper be quiet A!!!!! But many of you are moms of young kids and hopefully you understand what I am going through. On a positive note I have built up my stockpile and do find a lot of joy from helping family & friends with the awesome finds I have been blessed with.
4. I have finally decided to get my butt in shape!!! 2 weeks ago I started working out (going for a walk/jog most mornings with the kiddos & working out at night once they are asleep in bed). I also have been watching portion sizes and trying to choose healthier things to eat. So far I am down 6 pounds! My clothes are fitting better, I am sleeping much better at night, I feel so much stronger, still working on my attitude and outlook on life but it's been getting a little better with help from endorphins!

Those are a few things that have changed. I am hoping to blog my weight loss progress and will post before, during and after pics that follow my progress. I also would love to do a 5k once I am done with a workout program (slim in six) I am participating in.

Hope everyone has been doing well and look forward to reading & catching up with everyone!

Till next time!!!
